1. Feeding system

The feed line should swing to a certain height to reduce collision damage.

Regularly maintain the motor and thermal relay to reduce motor damage.

Regularly maintain the gearbox, belt, and bearing parts with lubricating oil in each batch to reduce wear.

During use, the material line should be leveled to avoid idling of the material line to reduce the wear of the material tube.

2. water supply system

Check the water supply of the deep well pump once a week.

The water pipeline should be swayed relatively high to reduce collision damage.

When cleaning the house, the inside and outside of the water pipe should be cleaned and scraped, and wire ropes and elevators should be made to prevent rust.

Wash the water pipe regularly or before and after immunization and after medication.

The water pipeline should be leveled and the water pressure should be suitable.

When emptying in winter, drain the accumulated water in the water pipe and pull out the booster pump.

The bearings of the booster pump are lubricated every six months, and the waterline elevators are lubricated once per batch of chickens.

3. ventilation system

Regularly maintain the fan motor and thermal relay to reduce motor damage.

When cleaning the chicken house, wrap the motor with plastic cloth to prevent water ingress, and clean the fan and shutters.

So as not to put debris in the fan and damage the fan blades.

Fan shutters require brackets to automatically open and close.

Maintain the tightness of the fan belt, and replace damaged belts and bearings in time.

Clean the safety net regularly.

Reasonable adjustment of the roller blind in longitudinal ventilation.

Blower bearings are lubricated every six months.
